Notes Seven storey office building with glazed curtain wall façade, the earliest of its type in Australia. Griffin's Melbourne office was on 5th floor from 1924 to 1942. Partially gutted by fire in 1970s. Demolished in 1976 (Turnbull and Navaretti).
