This year the Society will hold its AGM at the Griffin designed Stella James House, Avalon, Sydney.
|
We thank the National Trust of Australia (NSW), owners and custodians of this unique house and its bushland setting, for this opportunity to view the house.
|
Conservation architect Dr Scott Robertson will be the guest speaker. Scott knows the house well, as he prepared the conservation management plan for the house and undertook the house’s conservation and repair works in the 1990s.
|
As this beautiful house is small and fragile, tickets will be strictly limited, with first in best dressed. Invitations with the booking link and more information will be sent out in late October only to financial members of the Society with the event date planned for the afternoon of Sunday 24th November.
